    I’ve lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I’m just concerned that I’m losing too much too quickly. I will admit I haven’t followed the guide exactly. I’m not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

        Cayenne works. Tips drink tons of water. Cut sugar out completely. Think lean and green. Like one piece grilled chicken and a can of veggies (I like asparagus). Excersice tip…dance while cooking, clean house vigorously, walking anything for atleast 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. Protein shakes with fiber are good breakfast.

    The only diet I have ever actually have saw work that fastly was when my sister did a combination of the Cayenne and also just eating only fruit that was pureed (like baby food). She did this for 38 days and lost 42 pounds. However, coming off the diet was very difficult to digest regular food and the pounds came back. I’m on a diet now that consist of two protein shakes (with fiber) one piece of lean meat and a can of veggies (I like asparagus). Also cut the sugar. Tips..if your hungry drink tons of water. I also like to brush my teeth. I have done this before with good results. You do have to have some sort of excersice tho as much as it’s hard to find time or inclination doing anything vigorously for atleast 30 minutes three to four times a week helps(dance while cooking, cleaning with a vigor, walking). Hope this helps!

    My best weight loss effort came from juice fasting. The book was called 21 Pounds in 21 Days. It’s hard the first few days, the second week was easier and the last week was hard to maintain because you are seeing drastic results and you try to convince yourself that you’ve lost “enough”.
