  • Peppermint.
    It works when taken in tea form. Make your own homemade peppermint tea and drink at least 2 cups a day. This will cool your body down, and helps relieve headaches too. You may also add few spearmint leaves to the tea.
  • Evening primrose oil.
    This is a tonic to improve the reproductive health of women. Taking evening primrose oil daily will help relieve any symptoms triggered by menopause and also help you sleep better at night.

  • Black Cohosh.
    It is a supplement made of the roots of black cohosh. It provides relief to hot flushes, night sweats, palpitations, headaches and sleep problems. This is your all-in-one supplement when you’re going through menopause. Take this twice a day. ( not more than 80 milligrams)
  • Sage.
    Take sage tea for instant relief. Make sure to take the organic one though. It also helps with digestion, diarrhea and headaches. It is advisable that you take two cups of this a day.
