          And for the stretches, it is advisable that you keep it under 20 minutes. You may hold each stretch exercise for about 60 seconds.

          As for foods to take before exercising, we would encourage you to go for protein-loaded foods, or a combination of two to three foods mentioned above on alternate days. For after, it will be the best to take high water content foods, such as fruits and vegetables.

      Hi Thomas, looking at your age, I assume that your growing process has slowed down. It has not completely stopped though, since you are still in your adolescence. Make sure to do stretches for at least 20 minutes per day, and don’t forget to get adequate protein. This should help boost your growing phase, perhaps not entirely, but to some degree.       Hello Meiyi! Welcome to HNBT. Regarding your question, I doubt if there are any milk brands that produce milk without milk solids. As far as I know, goat milk contains the lowest percentage of milk solids. Or best, soya milk which is completely milk solid free. Correct me if I am wrong, but I am assuming you’re intolerant to lactose? If that’t the case, then it is the best to go for soya milk.

    Hey, im 22 and 6 months away from being 23.
    I smoked from age 19-22. I have stopped smoking and other unhealthy practices such as eating unhealthy.
    Now i do exercises that are suggested to get tall some of which are also here, and Run 4 times a week( each 2.4KM )and then do basic body weight exercises.
    My diet is, oatmeal in the morning with 2 eggs with cornflakes, and that i eat around 5:00AM in the morning, like 40 mins before i go running. And Around 9AM, i have yogurt, and 1:00PM i have Lunch(Ricke, Chicken, Vegetables, 1 egg, Some curry) and dinner also same as lunch. around 7:00Pm, i again do the stretches, and body weight excersises. which takes around 2 hours. and later sleep at 10:00PM, and currently im repeating the process for 10 days.
    My question is, will i get tall, if i keep repeating this, if so, how long would it take. Im currently 5.6feet Male. 2ndly do u want me to make any changes in the diet. or anything else.

      Hi Heekiyas, welcome to HNBT. It’s great to know you’ve been practising a healthy lifestyle, kudos to you for that! And regarding your question, I’d suggest you snack on peanuts in between. You might want to reduce on eggs though, perhaps not more than 3 per day as eggs are high in calories.
      And with this routine, you’ll definitely hit the spot soon. It’s hard to estimate an exact period of time, but give yourself at least 3-6 months. But you must also bear in mind that for most of us, height is mainly determined by genetic factor. Anyway, good luck! 🙂

    I’m 5’3, 16female. My mom is 5’8 and I’m not sure of my dads but I think he was around 5’5-6″. My sister who just turned 15 is a bit taller than 5’4″ I get enough protien and take vitamin supplements in case I don’t get all of my vitamins.
